One gentleman had gone through divorce and he was into deep depression. He asked that how can I be happy?
So the first question is what do you think all day? He said that past, sadness, cheating and many things like that. Then how would you be happy? You are thinking about what you do not want. You are not thinking about what you want.
Similarly, one gentleman who was failing in job/business again and again asked how can I be successful? Think of same! If whole day you would think of how you have failed, why you have failed, you would be failing more and more. You need to think of success more and more. You want abundance, think of abundance more and more.
One lady used to have lots of fights with her husband. She was short tempered. She said that I do not want to fight. What should I do? Then what do you want? She thought for a while and said that I want to be peaceful and happy. So think of that. Think of peace and think of love.
One gentleman who was falling sick on and off asked the secret of living a healthy life. And the answer is stop thinking about all the health problems you could have. Thunk of health. Ask yourself how can I be healthy?
Often we think of what we do not want. When I ask what do you want, so many times I get the answer ” I want, I do not want this”. So we know what we do not want but we do not know what we want. So if we know what we do not want, we keep expanding that in life. So ask yourself what do I want and then ask how can I get that. Think of that every moment and be that. Think of happiness to be happy. Think of peace to be peaceful. Think of abundance to be abundant.
