What do you think first thing when you wake up next morning? Generally I have seen people trying to figure out that day’s schedule and settle the things which they could not do previous day or a day before that. That is ok for work, however, if you do this on personal front, you keep living in past. You worry about future and live in past. You are wasting your present. You forget, daily you wake up as with anew day and you should be a new person who is free from the past. We do not let new person to be born as the past person invades the present one.
Have you seen two children fighting? They would fight and after some time they are inseparable again. They would forget that they had fight. Their emotions are so innocent. Same way you should forget the past differences. Everyone says, life is too short to breed hatred, how many can implement it? You need to forget past not for others or not because you are a great human, you need to forget past so that you can be born again and you can live in your present.
You are born daily as a new person, you need to realize this. This is very important so that you can grow. Let’s take an example. You want to cook a fresh meal in the kitchen so you open the refrigerator and what would you pick? You will pick rotten veggies or fresh ones? I guess the answer is later one. Similarly, when you are cooking up your next day, you do not pick past, past is always rotten, good or bad, you need to discard it so that, you can cook a fresh one. You need to clear the clutter like you clean the house. This body is your house too, your soul lives in your body. You need to liberate your soul from all the past clutters. If you clean the clutter, then only it can be filled with new energy. If you stay with past energies, it will not give space to new energies.
If you wantto do soemthing do now, do not carry the burden of dead desires. I have seen people feeling repressed as they could not have fun in younger days and now they feel they still want to but have no courage.They do not have desires now,they carry the burden of yesterday and spoil today. So burry the yesterday and be born again when you wake up. Then only you can live and grow in life. This is how it happens.

Sun is always there, sunshine is new
Birds are same songs are new
You are same energy is new
Life is same vision is new
Once you get the new vision and you realize it, you are reborn and you are ready to become the real you.
