Finding the self

I want this, Iw nat that, I want to do that, i should have done that, have you ever thought why behind all these? Why do you want what you want? How did you get those thoughts? Were these your original thoughts or they got into you because of your experiences of someone else insinuated them? You need to do a dissection of your thoughts first. You need to start removing the layers lying on yourself and reach the real you. You need to see what exactly you are and what your aim is. You need to find out your strengths and set your goal, this is exactly which will drive you. You keep running behind something, which you are not sure if you want or not and then you realise this is not what you had wanted.

You need to wake up to the self to find the real you. Then only you can be happy and contended in life or else you will always run behind something and you would never realize what you are running behind at. I hope you do not want that. Spend time with yourself, this is where we lack, what is meditation, where you spend time with self, For that you do not have to reach to Himalayas and sit on a rock, you need to live here and build a bridge from your outerself to innerself so that you can live and stay connected with the self.
