He was a very careless man. He never cared about money and never cared about family too. He borrowed money from his friends and gambled. he lost all. He came back to his father asking for money and his father threw him out. His father said that I have no money for such things and because you are so careless, you have no right to stay at my place with debts on your head. You can come back only after you have paid off. He stayed at Gurudwara, ate there in community lunch and started working. He did all the petty jobs like serving in a restaurant etc and in one year paid back everything. But he realized the importance of money. He said that I am going to make it big now. He kept trying many things and he kept trying for 10 years. He got tired, he got frustrated but he decided and promised himself that he would never give up. After 10 years, he was finally able to make it big. He met someone, who was ready to invest money and together they started selling international softwares. Within two years they made lots of money and finally they could make it big!
A baby learns to walk in many stages. He would learn to take turns, then sit, crawl and then finally they learn to stand up and after that they walk. Every baby has different timing. But every stage also is a process. They do not learn to take turn in one day. They keep trying for month or more and then finally take turn. Similarly for all other stages. Now those trials are failures or an exercise to strengthen muscle? And then how about the freedom when they are finally walking?
What we see as failure which makes us angry, frustrated or tired, actually are strengthening exercises. So do not give up!. Just keep walking.
But what’s important, have focus on bigger picture. Have focus on your future rather than past or problems of present. More we would think about future, more it will take us forward. So have your mind in future and work in present! Never give up!
