Mostly I am in good mood and happy and always laughing. Once I was laughing, one friend asked me if I have been dating lately. I asked him, why did he ask so? He said, generally people are so happy when they find someone new in life. I said yes of course, even I have found someone new. I have found myself. I feel so complete in life now. When you rise above from the love for one to love for life, to love for the existence, to love for this eternity, you will become love yourself. You will be able to embrace every being and everything as they are. You will find the perfection in the existence. This love will be unconditional acceptance of the self and the existence. It may sound too philosophical right now, however, just realize when we all descended from same being we all have a part of each other. When you love self, you love everyone, when you love everyone else, you love self. You do not live with conditions for yourself, similarly, you do not put conditions on this existence. If you say, I can accept things if this happens or that happens, then you have not accepted life and this existence. You need to accept the things the way they are and you live the life because it is the most beautiful thing. Once you rise above the love for self, you will see how beautifully everything is designed by the existence. Old things die and new things are born, such a beautiful process it is. If this process would not exist, you will be tired of same things daily. You may get attached to old things, however, you do not realize that if you do not remove old things you are not creating space for new ones and this way life will become a clutter of worn out things. To fill up the life with fresh energy you need to make space by removing old things. You need to embrace everything with unconditional love. You will see your presence in everything and every being. These mountains, these trees, river, everything will flow with you and will talk to you. Even when they are silent, they will talk to you. You will be able to hear them whispering. People who go to Himalayas, they do not get away from life, they get new life, why do people go close to nature, because they want to feel that life. Everything has life and when you accept that with love, you will become love yourself. You will never be devoid of love.
Sometimes, I meet people who are heartbroken and are going through bad phase of life. They may have been dumped by their partner or something messy is going on in their personal life. Sometimes, they do not find courage to get out of that or sometimes they find another shoulder to cry on. Few days back I met a client, who when came to me thought he had nothing else left in life, after his wife left him. However, when he realized, he still had skills, and he wanted to grow as a surgeon he got a new life. You do not get stuck in life, you need to broaden your outlook and life is waiting with open arms to embrace you. Do not keep finding faults with yourself. Accept yourself unconditionally and love yourself unconditionally.
Accepting and loving the self unconditionally will make you embrace life and this existence unconditionally. You will embrace this existence and this existence will embrace you. You will become love and love will become you. As you will find everything is full of love. Your reservoir of love would never get dried. It will always be full of fresh spring water and the fragrance of love will flow all around you. We never know, from one reservoir how many get satiated. I am again reaching back to Indian mythology here. When I was young my mother use to tell this short story. In Treta Yuga there was a King known as Janak (Sita’s father) who was an enlightened human being. As per Indian mythology, after death, the person goes to heaven or hell and there are many levels of heavens which you receive as per your Karma. Janak was a supreme being so he was suppose to reach to the highest level heaven. He was taken by the messenger of God in a special Chariot. To reach there he had to pass through hell and all the heavens. When his chariot was passing through hell, the breeze which touched his body relieved people in hell from their sufferings. They requested Janak to stay for longer. He asked the messenger of the God what is the reason, and then he explained. So if one person is enlightened and find the reservoir he can satiate many thirsts. He becomes love himself and fragrance of that love is spread everywhere around.
I would say:
“You need to rise to love and embrace the existence. You will be love and love will be you.”
