I can’t

This is what phobias are about? Fear of heights, Fear of darkness, Fear of people and do not know how many more. Why do we have so many fears, because we think we can’t. When I was in 7th standard, I had started lagging behind in studies, one day my Maths teacher humiliated me openly in the class as I could not solve the equation. That was very embarrassing for me and when I came back home I cried for hours. However, that day I decided that I would not let this happen to me again. I started studying hard, I would study same thing again and again all night, my grades started improving and in 9th standard I was in top 3 students in the class. My Maths scores were never less than 95 after that. So if you decide on something and believe in it truly you can actually achieve whatever you aim for.
You start with the thing I can’t, you actually can’t than. You want to lose weight, and you think you can’t, you will end up eating more than you normally you do. You want to finish a project and you think you can’t, you will do something else when you open your files like e-mails, online networking, chatting, calling up a friend, may be suddenly you need to take a walk or you need to pee. I am sure all the urgent works would knock at that time only.
However, if you start with an attitude, I can and I have to do it, when you can see the picture clearly, nothing can distract you.
