Sounds like a contradiction of what we start with. Loose yourself to find the self how can it be possible. Let’s take a pen and paper and write down what all e want that include the darkest desires of where we cannot see anyone rising or we bitch about someone else, or secretly we desire for something out of jealousy. So many times we do not know why we want this thing, is this our real goal or we are desiring out of some negative feelings? Write down all and you do not have to share it with someone else, you can keep it with yourself so that you know what actually you are, well we are writing and we know the things, why do we need to write because so many times, there are so many things which we are scared of accepting even to self as it will not match with the image which we want for self and present to the world and the one who is really inside us. Its like to remove the facade. This write up is to remove the facade, which is made up of your fears, inhibitions, ego and all the things which are keeping you away from your real self. Loosing the self is to remove the layers under which you are buried.
Once you remove this layer, you will know what you are, you will see in the clear light that what actually do you want, this will generate the self believe in you, you will build your real personality on the basis of self belief. After that if someone comes and says you anything which you know is not true for you will not effect you as you know what you are. Why do people get provoked when someone says something, because they lack self belief and they try to prove. No, if you believe in self and you know who you really are, you will never have to prove to anyone else. You know it inside, its more than enough. You will not become thick skinned, you will become as delicate as flower but as strong as rock. YOu will be like a flower as you will be sensitive toward others, you will rise above the negativities and the real flower which is away from all the negativities will blossom and its fragrance would spread everywhere. You will stand like a rock as change of weather cannot wilt the flower which has blossomed after the real hard work of finding the self. You will become your best.
