What do you do when you want to see a tree in your garden? You plant a sapling or you go to another garden or nursery and get a tree uprooted and plant it in your garden? I understand you are impatient to see that tree in your garden now. However, you cannot plant a tree, you can only plant a sapling and nurture that and let it prosper. Why do you need to plant a sapling, because, when it grows, it strengthens the root which provides strength to the tree when it is growing up, if it does not have strong roots, it will be uprooted with one blow of wind. Everything has to go through a course and the roots are strengthened when you learn on the way, the small small issues you handle on the way or else you would shake when you face a small blow. However, if you have handled the things before even if it is as small as clearing the way, you will know that yes I have handled the things in past and I can handle now. You grow up as a person with experience or else you will always be shaking up with insecurities inside you because you have no roots to support it.

Similarly, when a child is growing up, in his tender years, you do not burden them with so many things that they grow up with them and roots are not strong enough to support that. In tender years, roots are suppose to be strengthened, so that they can grow strong as roots are holding them. So many times, I see parents over burdening their children in a rat race and to cope up with that poor children loose the roots. Inside they are full of insecurities and from outside they are swelled up with egos. We do not want that, we need to strengthen their roots with right kind of education, values and morals. If you forget the basics, they can be uprooted very easily with just one blow in life.

Everything has a due course, do not be hurry to reach to the destination, always start from the basics, so that you can grow with strength not hollowness.
