How can I be healthy?
Think of being healthy
Think of the times when you were most healthy
Remember your feelings when you were enjoying best health
Be grateful for a healthy body
Be grateful for a happy mind
Be positive and happy
Get rid of the fears of future health problems
Do not victimize yourself for health
Do not have fears, what if I catch a bad disease etc
Do not lie about health to avoid some situation
(Your mind might believe that create that for you)
More and more you would focus on health, more and more health would expand. More and more you would focus on pain/ailment or disease more and more pain would expand.
A gentleman was having severe headache for last many days. He had tried many medicines but it was recurring. So we started talking about the best times of his life, his holiday, when he was happy and how he had played in school etc. During the discussion he totally forgot that he had pain. After one hour, when we got up from discussion, he shared that he did not experience any pain. He wondered how it happened and the reason was simple, in that one hour our entire focus was on good part of his life and his health.
Often a little bad thing happens and our entire focus shifts on the pain. More we focus upon that and more it would expand as we are giving energy to pain. But only way to come out of that is start thinking of the health and being grateful for the health. So create health. Be grateful for the health and be grateful for a healthy life. Do not believe that in old age you would be unhealthy. Have an image of yourself working and healthy till the last day of your life.
