There is no one who cares for me..no one loves me…very common things I hear. Generally we limit our world to one person or to few people and when our expectations are not met from them we feel we are lonely and there is no one in this world who loves us. Now, what is world….is it just one person or few persons? If we look out of the window, we would see the world is much bigger than our thoughts. WE limit our thoughts and limit the world too. Why do you have to define your world with just one person and then say it has ended. There are so many who are in need of your love and if you want them to love you..first you need to become theirs. You need to hug them once just once and they will keep hugging you for life. Mostly we want to feel we are needed so that we feel our existence is worthy. But the truth is we need those people and those emotions. They need you and where would they fulfil your need, you will not even realize. You need to expand your world to become big yourself or else your world would be small and same way you would be small.
We inhibit ourselves from reaching to people, we build so many boundaries around us and then we blame others for not coming close. We feel we would be rejected or we feel what other person might think of me or the worse, why should I do, he/she also can do..now this is a big ego but it is true. Even if its your loved one, why do you have to block yourself with this perception of ego..why cannot you just go and hug because you wanted to? Why do you have to give reasons to be with your loved ones, why cannot you say, you just wanted to be?
You need to embrace your loved ones and they would love you back. You need to embrace the ones who need your love and they would love you back. Just become theirs and they all will be yours, right now you have blocked yourself from love. You need to give yourself whole heartedly and then you would see, whole world loves you, whole existence cares for you.
