Before taking it to your heart, think if it’s actually important.

During an argument his colleague said that you just good for nothing. Whole day and for many more days he kept on thinking and rethinking about that! He stopped talking to his colleague after that. Work also suffered.
She got married first and then her husband’s brother got married. The new one got lots of attention atleast for a year. She could not tolerate that and always tried troubling the younger one. She forgot that all these years she had all the attention. 
He wanted to goto his friends place to play and his father wanted him to go to his own social meeting. They fought, had argument and no one went anywhere. Which means neither of the appointments were important or so important. Just that a small issue became a household fight
Often so many things happen in our lives and we keep taking small grudges to our heart. If sometimes, we sit and ponder over, we would realize that these things are not worth. Not worth a thought and not worth so much of energy.
Often ego is a big culprit. I understand so many times we get hurt, but is it necessary to get hurt? 
So how can we handle such things:
Think!
Think what’s important and what’s not important!
Think if its ego!
Think, if whatever the other person is saying, it’s because of you or because of own nature. Often we would find it’s because of own nature and the words we use for others, has nothing to do with them. Someone used to call everyone fool and everyone used to get hurt. But later on we found out that when he was a child his father used to call him a fool and that’s what he was repeating in his head. We can’t get into depth of every situation but definitely we can let go of daily small hurts.
Why do we need that?
So that we can be a happier person! So that inside our head and heart we have a space for better things. 
Have a happy, healthy and abundant life.
