We all emerged from light which is the purest form of energy and our chakras system proves that. The 7 colors of Chakras are same as the 7 colors of the spectrum formed when light passes through prism. Every living being has Chakras but definitely their chakras are weaker than human beings so have lesser awareness but has the same consciousness. Infact plants also have Energy Chakras. Everything on this earth is one or another form of energy but at different levels, so may have consciousness or may not. If we all emerged from light, then we all appear different but we all are same like different leaves of a same tree. Now as a part of the process the old leaves are shed in every autumn and new leaves are grown on same tree. Same way, old bodies are shed in this Universe so that new bodies are grown up, like you would not like to see all yellow leaves on tree, this tree of Universe would not look beautiful with old bodies, who have no strength, who are gray. So the process of rebirth is designed. Now in this like you do not miss the old leaves and the tree is still standing in your garden, this Universe tree is still standing and prospers again, so shedding of the leaves is not supposed to be missed. You are present in every being and everything, so even if this body is shed, you still exist as there would always be something which would be there so you would exist in that form. Same way, you had existed earlier. Just because now you have a body to identify with, does not mean you exist only now. You were always there in different beings and different things and you would always be there. You need to stop identifying with the mere body. Once you realise the truth, you would exist eternally.
