I met a person who hated his brother so much because his brother uses to abuse him in his childhood. When I made him look at the intentions, he realised that all his brother wanted was to make him study hard and protect him from the bad company. There is no one bad in this world and there is no one who wants to hurt anyone else. The intentions are sometimes just to protect may be self more. For example when two people are fighting, they feel other person mean harm to him or her but in reality one is protecting self interest first. Not even a terrorist has bad intention, if you look at the basic intention of a terrorist, it is not to kill people, it is to establish his religion. I am not defending his process or the way he is doing but my point here is to make you understand that there is no one who is bad at heart and everyone has an intention of being a good human being and that is why we don’t like ourself when we feel we have bad thoughts.
Never judge a person by his actions, always look at what are the intentions and if intentions have been good then you will be able to resolve most of the issues and you will be able to avoid yourself from lots of negativity because you will always have positive feeling about people around you and once you will have positive feelings definitely you will have a positive world around you.
