We have so many time zones, past present future and in them also we have further divisions, all the time whateverw e are doing or living..we are lost in our thoughts, when we are eatingw e are not eating, when we are seeing we are not seeing, when we are walking we are not walking, all the time we are lost in thoughts, we never experience anything we jsut live our thoughts, we always have some pre conceived thoughts about everything. We live with just those thoughts we never try to experience anything new and we experience we add to old thoughts. However, the life is about experiencing not thinking. The biggest question is how do we experience instead of thinking. Since the time we open our eyes we start gathering our thoughts, we may be carrying from many past lives too in our subconscious mind. The life can be experienced in silence only. Sit in silence and watch your thoughts, give more thoughst to your thoughts, why are the copming, where did they originate, when you would start reaching to the root of your thoughts, you would eb able to extricate them. one by one, when you will be able to extricate all thoughts, you will experience real silence inside you. When you will experience real silence inside you, same will be outside and then you will experience life and Universe from real perspective not with thoughts.
