Once the soul reaches to 100% awareness level and it realizes its trueself that it is the consciousness itself, it comes back to evolve other souls. First of all, we need to understand one thing. We all are one and we all have a part of each other and we all are connected. If we look at it at consciousness level, then it’s one consciousness in different forms. If we look at it at our awareness level then we all evolved from one entity. As per Hindu Mythology, Manu started the world after doomsday, as per Bible Adam and Eve started the world and as per science, it started with a Big Bang. Does not matter what theory we follow, but we cannot deny the fact that we all came from one entity and if we all have descended from same entity then we all have same lineage and a part of each other. Does not matter over the years how small that part has become. A son always has a part of his father and that is why he resembles his father in his traits and attributes. So we all have a part of each other and we all are connected. If only one soul grows and the rest are stuck in the illusion, the enlightenment of the one soul would be incomplete because after reaching to that level it would also realize its oneness with the Universe and then it would realize that everything is a part of the soul and the soul is a part of everything. It is nothing without whole and the whole is nothing without it. If everything is a part of soul then every part has to grow to grow as a whole or else it would be same like only one hand is growing and rest of the body remains small. So the soul comes back to enlighten others so that it can be enlightened as a whole not in parts.
