I often wondered why did god create everything if we are suppose to merge into him only. we originated from him and would merge into him. so why do we have to go through so much…then i did wonder what is soul made up of..what is energy made up of..and i realised its all love..god himself is made up of love…everything is just love and if there is any dark spot..or any thing which you feel is an illness or any blockage..everything happens in the absence of love…and only way to heal anything or life or a bod is to increase love..to remove darkness you just have to increase light and the darkness would dissolve…same way..if you want to heal anything ..you do not have to focus on what needs to be healed…when two people are fighting..you do not focus on fight to resolve fight..you just need to add more love into it and the fight would resolve..whatever you focus upon grows stronger in life and if you focus upon love..it would grow stronger in life..and that would dissolve everything else as we all are made of love..only love can heal everything…if you want to heal anything..u just need to add more love..
