I have been saying this again and again that it’s all one consciousness, but when we do not love people, we love our ego have we ever thought where is God in all this? He is in the smiles of kids you would see around, he is in the fragrance of flowers which is spreading everywhere, he is in the blessings when someone says from heart, “may God gives you all the happiness” and even when they are not blessing verbally, the contentment of their heart is making God happy. We all have a part of God and when someone is happy God is happy and when you hurt someone, you hurt God. When you hurl something hurtful at people always think, how would you feel if same thing is said to you and if you would feel bad or hurt, then that person also is equal human and has same emotions. He also would be equally hurt. Don’t hurt people for any reason. No reason can be big enough which gives you the power to hurt anyone. If you can’t share love, don’t share anything else. If you hurt people, you defy the purpose of this entire existence and you defy your own purpose of taking birth. Everything is created to experience love and you are here for same. Always look at how good you felt when someone smiled, I am not talking about an egotistical situation where someone had put you down and took a pride in that and smiled. I mean a genuine smile. I saw someone distributing biscuits and water glasses to the kids on red light and the kids were giving an earnest smile in return. I can never forget those smiles. Once I saw a rag picker lady was unable to pick her heavy bag and another girl asked to give her a hand. The lady was shy in accepting the help, so she said, it would make your hands dirty, so don’t do that. But the girl went ahead and gave her a hand in lifting her bag. The lady was so happy and smiling and was looking at this stranger girl till the time she was in her vision and was blessing her helper continuously. When I met that girl in the evening, she was also smiling and she told me that the smile which she received in the morning has made her heart smile and she has been smiling all day. God resides in everyone and everyone is connected. That is why when someone else is happy, you feel happy too and when someone else is unhappy because of you, you feel unhappy too. No God would be happy, if you do not treat his people with love. So if you want to love God, love his people and after that you would not have to go and love him separately, it would reach to him. If you worship him for hours and do not love people around you, it is of no use. Love everyone equally irrespective of their religion, caste, financial status, the work they do. Choose love above everything else that is what we are here for.
