I treat myself with respect and I feel everyone deserves the same. So I treat everyone with respect irrespective of their status and profile. When I was at a junior level, I never felt lesser and now, when I am at a senior level, why should I feel that I am more than someone else. I am equal. My criterion for respect is not the job title or money, its the kind of human being a person is. I always respect people who are kind and loving and honest.
