Where ever we look at, there is an environment of pain. People are crying, their loved ones are dying. Everyone is receiving death news. OR people are scared that someone will fall sick in the family. If someone dies, you can’t mourn. A few days back, one of our friend’s mother died of COVID-19 and everyone also was covid positive. When we spoke to them, they said that we haven’t had time to think about our mother yet, since then we are dealing with own sickness. That part has gone numb! Almost everyone is scared. Sitting at home, is another level of stress agent. People have stopped opening the doors and windows as they told that it is air borne. However, no one questioned that without sunlight and fresh air, anyway, everyone would start falling sick. It’s sickness, mental frustration, fear, pain everywhere.
We are not in isolation from our environment. Our energy is reacting with the environmental energy. We are absorbing, inhaling and releasing the energy. For last two days, I have been receiving many calls, where people are complaining about their partners. He is acting very irrationally. He/she is always irritated. She is screaming. He is always very angry.
I understand how we are feeling and I understand what all we are facing. Still, it’s time to keep our patience and handle everything with love. It’s time for compassion, where we understand how the other person must be feeling. It’s time to keep own emotion’s aside and support each other. We all will sail through this crisis with love. If we do not deal with love, we may have some permanent scars which will be difficult to heal in life later. Do not say things which may hold permanent words for a temporary situation.
Try to deal with stress together. May be watch a movie, talk about it, write about it, discuss the old happy times, take some fresh air and sunlight. Play some nice soothing music. Play some Mantras in the background, it raises the vibrations of a place. Follow love, above all.
