He was sitting here and discussing about spirituality. He asked, how can I be more spiritual?
I do not know. Everyone has own definition of spirituality. As per me, when you follow love, when you follow your heart, when you follow the spirit, you become spiritual.
How do we follow the spirit?
God made all of us in his reflection. e is there inside us in the form of the spirit. When we follow our heart, we follow our spirit, we follow him. This is where we meet God. This is spirituality, where we find our connection with God.
What is that connection?
We find out that we are one. We are the one.
How do we start?
Look around yourself, see your connection with everything. You can see that with gratitude, not with ego. See how much everything and everyone is doing for you. Most of the time, we see what we have done and what is not done for us. Change it. See what you have received and how much is being done. When your heart is full of gratitude, you will see a light everywhere and you will be traveling a journey. It is a journey where you will discover everything yourself.
Everything starts with gratitude.
So we cannot start our journey without gratitude?
Let’s see there is a dark road and you need to go ahead and you cannot see even one inch of the road. What would you need?
A flashlight.
Exactly, gratitude is that flashlight. When you want to travel that road, gratitude will guide you, will show you the way.
