One lady called up and asked a question:
I have observed many times that my husband, kids, or anyone when they come home, they are better. But after entering the home they become very stressed and we might some skirmishes or arguments eventually. He also shares many times he was so happy and relaxed, but when he came home, he got stressed. Why is it so?

Very shyly she accepted that when she married her husband, she had to go through a bad time with his family. They have shifted out and they are living on their own now, but those things still bother her. She just cannot forget them.
Understandable! Ok, what would make you happy?
I am happy.
Yes, you are, but what would make you really happy? Where you are laughing and smiling.
She thought and said, as such I have everything but if I listen to old songs, it cheers me up.
So do one thing, for one week, when you are alone at home and doing your things, play all your favorite songs all day. It is like your meditation and then we would see the difference.
After one week, she shared that everyone seems to be more relaxed and happy and she did not have an argument with her husband in the last 5 days.
See the point is, when we are doing things with the happy thought process, we create happy vibrations. Whatever we are touching or we are not touching, we create an energy pool around us. Our home and then this environment is getting affected by that energy circle. If you are stressed, you are creating stressed energy around you and that is impacting everyone who is coming in that circle. When you are happy, you create a more positive energy circle around you and when people come in that circle, they start feeling happy. Happy people do not fight.
Life is a package. It has some tough years and it has some happy years, What we would like to carry depends on us. Like you went to buy some groceries, some may be expired and old and not clickable and some may be clean. What would you pick? So pick a better part of life. Choose happy and loving thoughts. You will contribute a lot more without realizing to this environment, Earth and own family.
